Per Berglöf is a Partner in the Stockholm office of Delphi and head of the company’s Corporate Finance Law Department – a team of 30 lawyers handling mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and corporate law.
He was one of the founding partners and has been a partner of the Delphi office in Stockholm since 1984.
For the past 15 years Per Berglöf has mostly worked as head and team leader of a number of M & A projects, both public and private. Per Berglöf has been lead Swedish counsel in a number of cross border deals representing both domestic and foreign corporate clients
