Родился в г. Таллин.
В 1993 году закончил Российскую экономическую академию им. Г. В. Плеханова. Экономист. Более 15 лет занимается бизнесом.
С 2002 года начал издавать ежемесячный аналитический журнал «Слияния и Поглощения», посвященный проблемам перехода прав собственности на бизнесы.
На протяжении последних пяти лет г-н Смирнов неоднократно выступал на российских и международных конференциях с докладами по тематике M&A.
Неоднократно принимал участие и выступал в Парламентских слушаниях в Государственной Думе РФ, в Совете Федерации, посвященных законодательному обеспечению прав собственности в РФ, закону «Об инсайдерской информации», борьбе с рейдерством в России и коррупции.
В 2004 году организовал проведение Ежегодного Национального Форума «Слияния и Поглощения в России». На сегодняшний день Форум является самым авторитетным мероприятием в России по этой тематике и ведущей площадкой для обсуждения последних тенденций и технологий рынка M&A, профильных законопроектов и способов защиты от захватов компаний.
Обладает глубокими профессиональными знаниями и опытом в вопросах финансовых, юридических и организационных методов проведения сделок на рынке корпоративного контроля.
Пепеляева Лиана Витальевна

Пепеляева Лиана Витальевна родилась в городе Новосибирске.
Первое высшее образование (юридическое) получила в Томском государственном университете им. В.В. Куйбышева (Новосибирский филиал) (диплом с отличием). Второе высшее образование (экономическое) получила в 1996 году в Новосибирской государственной академии экономики и управления. Кандидат экономических наук.
После получения первого высшего образования по результатам стажировки была принята в Новосибирскую областную коллегию адвокатов. В юридической консультации Новосибирского района работала с 1988 по 1998 год.
В 1998 году Лиана Пепеляева была назначена заведующей юридической консультацией "Сибирская юридическая контора". В 2003 году стала председателем Коллегии адвокатов "Сибирская юридическая контора" Новосибирской области.
Активно участвует в общественно-политической жизни. В декабре 1996 года была избрана депутатом Новосибирского городского Совета депутатов по избирательному округу № 1 Дзержинского района города Новосибирска. В апреле 2001 года избрана на второй срок по тому же округу (осуществляла полномочия на общественной основе). Входила в состав постоянных депутатских комиссий по вопросам местного самоуправления, общественной безопасности и взаимодействию со средствами массовой информации и по проблемам городского хозяйства, градостроительства и земельных отношений.
В декабре 2003 года была избрана депутатом Государственной Думы по общефедеральному избирательному округу. Входит в состав Комитета по собственности и Комиссии по мандатным вопросам и вопросам депутатской этики Государственной Думы.
Награждена знаком "Почетный адвокат России".
Решением Совета Федеральной палаты адвокатов Российской Федерации 17 сентября 2004 года награждена медалью I степени "За заслуги в защите прав и свобод граждан". 28 февраля 2006 года благотворительным фондом "Меценаты столетия" и общественным движением "Добрые люди Мира" Лиане Витальевне Пепеляевой за личный вклад в возрождение традиции благотворительности России был вручен орден "Слава Нации".
За активное участие в законотворческой деятельности и многолетнюю добросовестную работу Лиана Пепеляева удостоена медали ордена "За заслуги перед Отечеством II степени".
Воспитывает двоих детей.

Yekaterina Novokreschenyh graduated from the Finance Academy under the
Government of the Russian Federation. From 1995 to 1996 she worked for
Lefortovski Bank, from 1996 to 1999 she worked as Advisor to the CEO of JSC
"The Seventh Continent" chain of stores. In this position she was
responsible for attracting investments. From 2000 to 2005 she held positions
of Vice-President and then Director of the Office for Investment and Banking
Activities of Troika-Dialog Investment Company. From 2005 to 2006 she held
the position of President of Renaissance Capital Consumer Finance Bank. From
2006 to 2008 Ms. Novokreschennyh worked as First Deputy Head of the Project
development Centre for the sale of assets of RAO UES of Russia. Since August
2008 she has worked as Deputy CEO for Investment Activities and Head of the
Department for Corporate Finances and Investment and Banking Activities of

Marcus Sultzer

Marcus Sultzer is the General Director of EquityStory RS since its foundation in the end of 2008. Marcus joined EquityStory Group in 2007 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this function he went along and managed a lot of projects in close cooperation with the holding’s board which prepared him for his current job in Moscow. Before working at EquityStory Group, Marcus ran his own business for consulting of sports companies and worked as Account Executive at a Premium Online Service Provider. Alexander Klochkov

Alexander is a Partner in the Moscow office. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Alexander worked as a legal advisor to various Russian and foreign companies, in a German law firm and for more than 10 years in an international law firm in Moscow. His main areas of practice are capital and securities markets, corporate and contract law, and the energy sector.
Alexander has advised on more than a dozen IPOs and secondary public offerings, as well as equity private placements of Russian companies and foreign entities with substantial Russian assets, including the first two domestic IPOs in Russia and on a number of other IPOs and offerings, including those by Power Machines, Magnit, Evraz, Trader Media East, Pyaterochka, Rambler, Open Investments, Petrolinvest, Warimpex and IBS Group. Much of Alexander's work has involved public offerings and/or issuing of depositary receipts on the Russian Trading System (RTS), Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), London Stock Exchange (LSE), Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse), Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), Vienna Stock Exchange (Wiener Börse) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Stanislav Fomenko

Also worked in the Parma Management as an analyst conducting fundamental analysis of stock market. Stanislav is a professor in the HSE in the Department of Financial Management.
